Healer Tool Notes¶
Healer tools should be judged by whether they save the real danger area.
Healer functions¶
| Function | What it solves |
|---|---|
| Emergency healing | sharp damage on clumps or endangered groups |
| Targeted saving | low caller, tank, healer, support, or exposed player |
| Sustain coverage | pressure over time, flanks, routes, and recovery |
| Zone support | holding useful space long enough for the zerg to act |
Holy lessons¶
Holy-style tools often teach direct stabilization and emergency saving.
Good Holy play:
- reaches the danger area
- saves key players before they fall out of the fight
- does not waste major healing on safe space
- uses positioning to make healing possible before damage lands
Nature lessons¶
Nature-style tools often teach sustained coverage and route support.
Good Nature play:
- helps players stay active between burst windows
- supports flanks and crossings
- places zones where players can actually stand
- avoids wasting overlapping zones when coordination is needed
Review questions¶
- Did the healer reach the real danger area?
- Did the healing support the route or fight shape?
- Did targeted saves matter?
- Did sustain value keep the zerg active after pressure?
