Training and VOD Review¶
Improvement requires more than rereading doctrine. Players need review prompts, drills, repetition, and honest separation between outcome and execution.
Outcome-Independent Review
Winning does not prove good play. Losing does not prove every call was bad.
Training principle¶
A mistake is useful only if it becomes a clearer next action.
Do not review only to blame. Review to identify the next drill, role correction, or calling adjustment.
