Concept-to-Drill Map¶
This page maps doctrine concepts to practical drills.
Why this exists¶
A concept is only useful if players can practice it. This map helps officers choose one drill after a VOD review.
| Concept | Drill | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Movement and Positioning | Pause five seconds before movement call | Did each role move to the right space? |
| Counter-Engage Windows | Pause after enemy cooldowns land | Who was safe enough to pressure? |
| Defensive Layering | Mark damage area vs defensive area | Did layers overlap the real danger? |
| DPS Timing | Mark clump, utility, damage timestamps | Did damage land during the window? |
| Q/W Pressure | Count safe Q/W casts between engages | Was pressure active or passive? |
| Terrain and Geometry | Identify danger box before fight | Did tanks/supports cover the route? |
| Healer Danger Area | Check healer range before damage | Could healers reach the endangered group? |
| Support Utility | Compare utility timing to damage | Did utility create the kill window? |
| Plate Frontline | Track healthy plate positioning | Did plate protect or hide? |
How to use it¶
Pick one row per review. Do not assign five drills from one fight.
