Player Development Ladder

1. Survive correctly — do not clump, do not panic, use defensives.
2. Stand correctly — learn your role's normal space.
3. Move correctly — interpret direction calls.
4. Press correctly — use abilities on time.
5. Pressure between engages — Q/W/autos/support value.
6. Read enemy intent — know what is coming before it lands.
7. Review yourself — find one repeatable habit to improve.

A player does not need to master every step before joining content, but role leads should know which step each player is struggling with.
